CISTEC

CISTEC develops and operates the KISIM hospital information system. KISIM supports the daily work of doctors, nurses and other specialists in Swiss hospitals.

For CISTEC, we analysed various corporate and project financing models, assessed their strategic implications and derived well-founded recommendations for their optimal solution. In addition, we evaluated the potential implementation of a management participation programme with a focus on incentives, culture and retention in order to ensure the sustainable alignment of management and corporate interests.
